To get started please contact us and let us know what class to expect you. We will ask questions about your fitness background and make sure that we scale the workouts to your level. In your first few weeks of class you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Our goal is to provide you with a safe yet effective workout.
